Murk ships free worldwide using  www.posta-romana.ro

The products in stock on our website come in regular size.

We are however also offering the option of customization based on your desired measurements.

For custom made orders, please note that it will require between 10-14 business days from the date of placing the order to be manufactured and only than shipment can be processed.

Delivery time depends on your location. International orders deliveries can take up to 14 business days  from dispatch to delivery depending on the destination country. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the shipment details.

Due to the Covid-19 global situation, please be informed that shipping might be disrupted causing some delivery delays to happen. 

RETURNS :

All our products are customized and manufactured according to customer specifications. The customer must consult very carefully the table with measures because it is not allowed to modify or cancel the order and no refund of the amounts paid is possible, regardless of the nature of the respective payment.

We are not able to accept any refund or exchange, hence please cross check all the specifications and items before placing the order. Please feel free to contact us prior to placing the order to confirm and clarify any product enquiries or clarifications you might have.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchased from Murk if the item is not meeting the specifications of your order.

Please contact us within 14 days from date of placing the order should this be the case.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

* Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)

* The products purchased cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

* Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.

* You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

* We are not responsible for the damaged or lost items in transit and in this case, MURK will not refund you for this loss.

* MURK is entitled to refuse accepting a returned article, refund it or return it back to the customer; it the article appears to have been used, no longer carries the original labels, or reveals damage caused by the customer, or if the customer does not comply with the instructions for returning the article given by Murk.

* Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. MURK will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product if the return is a result of our error.

* If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item, Murk is happy to exchange for an item of the same value as your initial purchase.

Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by us.
